PACIFIC RIM

A fresh and modern cocktail with flavours of the Pacific.

Ingredients:

  • 40ml Pisco (we recommend Cuatro Gs Mosto Verde Quebranta)
  • 20ml Umeshu (Japanese plum wine)
  • 40ml fresh pink grapefruit juice
  • 5 ml falernum (a lime & spice syrup from Trinidad, available at specialty bottle shops or online)

Method:

  • Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker with ice and shake hard for 10 seconds
  • Fine strain into a Japanese ceramic cup and garnish with a spray of pink peppercorns
