De Carral ‘Acholado’
De Carral represents the pinnacle of artisanal pisco in Peru, producing highly nuanced and complex spirits. This blend of three grape varieties creates an acholado style pisco that is light in flavour and shows excellent minerality, making it perfect for Martinis and other alcohol-forward cocktails. With more subtle fruit and floral notes, this is also a great starting point for those who find the taste of other piscos too robust. Made from a blend of Quebranta, Italia and Torontel.
Nose: An enticing scent of fruity and floral aromas with hints of potpourri, jasmine, raisin and pine.
Palate: The palate has flavours of lavender, sunflower seeds and green pepper corns with long and spicy finish.
