This mosto verde style pisco from Viñas de Oro is made exclusively with Quebranta grapes – a direct descendent of the very first grapes cultivated in Peru more than 500 years ago. If you like sultanas, dried figs and medjoul dates, this is the pisco for you. Try it paired with hard cheeses or in a pisco sour that would please the gods.
Nose: As soon as you open the bottle you will be seduced by the enticing aroma of Mosto Verde Quebranta, with strong aromatic sensations of chamomile, pine, hay and fresh apricot.
Palate: Sweet and silky with flavours of fig, sultana, rosehip, trail mix and pear skins.
