PISCO MOJITO

A Peruvian variation on the classic Mojito; fresh and delicious!

Ingredients:

  • 60ml Pisco (we recommend Pancho Fierro Acholado)
  • ½ lime, cut into quarters
  • 2 teaspoons superfine sugar
  • Handful of fresh mint leaves
  • Soda water

Method:

  • In the bottom of a tall glass muddle lime pieces and sugar together until the limes have released their juice
  • Add the mint leaves, fill the glass with ice (crushed is best!) and top with soda water
  • Garnish with a big sprig of fresh mint
